LEADERSHIP APOLOGETICS: Click this LINKfor our eleventh apologetics short video. I believe there is much to
learn for these nationally recognized Christian teachers and
philosophers. Today's lesson is "Recapture Passion for God's Word".
TRAINING THE TEACHER: My intent here is to provide long-term biblical training for those who are
in church work but may not feel adequately trained in the Bible and
Christianity teaching in general. I want all of you to take this
training (whether you teach or not) because it will better equip you to
teach or live as a disciple of Christ. All of the material for this
training is coming to you by Biblical Training.org. I am linking you to
their site for each of the lessons. You will be exposed to some of the
finest Bible teachers in the country. You will receive Bible Institute
level training. Our sixth session is one of 12 lessons (one each week).
It is Lesson 6, "Learning More About God" from the module: Life is a Journey with Dr. Bill Mounce as teacher. Click this LINK for the video lesson. Visit their website and see that there are
different levels for your involvement. By registering with them (free), you
can have access to outlines, transcripts, etc. If you choose to do more
than one lesson each week...go for it! Study at your pace!

LEADERSHIP QUOTE: "Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection we can catch excellence." Vince Lombardi. Here is a humorous bonus by that great baseball player and philosopher, Yogi Berra,
to lighten your day. Yogi was reminiscing about the 1969 amazing Mets, when he said : "We were overwhelming underdogs."
My desire for you this week is that in your pursuit, you catch excellence.
In His Majesty's service, Pastor Darrell.
