Greetings on this end of August, Monday morning.

PERSONAL NOTE: I want to thank everyone who made this last Sunday such a great success (Rally Day). I thank the teachers who prepared the cheers and songs that everyone performed. Special thanks goes to Sallie Stanley and all of her associates for planning and executing Rally Day. It was great!!! Thank you also to all of you who worked in the kitchen for our Rally Day picnic. It was great... and no bugs! Thank you Elizabeth for bring the special music in the service. Fine job!

The principle here is very simple. We are obligated by love to help those in need if we are in a position to do so. The text emphasis is upon sharing from what one has. This is God's will for each of us.
