Greetings to all in the name of the Lord!

PERSONAL NOTE: I have several to thank for their help in making yesterday's worship experience a success. I want to thank Dale Keene from the Gideons for sharing their ministry with us. I have a long standing personal interest in the Gideons... my father-in-law, Jack Reynolds was a Gideon for a number of years. He was a good example of the caliber of men in the organization. I want to also thank the Savior Singers and Mr. Bud for their participation. Hey... did you happen to notice the baby singing during our song service... very cute!

I began a new series on the Minor Prophets yesterday. I believe as we work our way through them we will find the messages very pertinent and up-to-date.

YOU CAN KNOW THE WILL OF GOD: In Ephesians 5: 11 it says, "Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them." [NIV]. The context of the passage involves all types of activities that are not God honoring... in fact they bring God's wrath! The Christian has no business being involved in wickedness and the support of it. The reason is very simply that those deeds are not the deeds of a child of God. Remember who you belong to! God 's will shall be done if we follow His teachings.
