Greetings on this rather grey October morning.
PERSONAL NOTE: I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who went to Christian Resources International from our Church and helped in sorting and boxing books and study materials. These items will be shipped all over the world to locations that do do have these things available. What a blessing we were to CRI and people we do not know. This is a cup of cold water in Jesus' name!
Thanks choir for your ministry in music yesterday.

YOU CAN KNOW THE WILL OF GOD: In First Corinthians 14 and verse 40 it reads, "But everything should be done in a fitting and orderly way." [NIV]. The context of this verse is directly the result of the speaking in tongues problem that the Church at Corinth was experiencing (along with a host of other problems). Paul spends three chapters in First Corinthians on spiritual gifts and their use and abuse in the Church. Paul is stating that procedures in the Church must be done decently and in proper order. Self-control is the order of the day. It is possible to abuse even those things that are upright and holy. Let us practice order in the exercise of gifts and remember that this is the will of God.
