February 15, 2010 Training Materials

Good day to you all as I write this on a somewhat dreary Monday morning.

PERSONAL NOTE: Yesterday's message from the Book of Daniel seemed to have struck a cord with many people and several told me it helped their understanding, not only of Daniel but several other concepts (for example: angelic activity). Praise the Lord!

I want to thank Sue Warner and the King's Kids for singing to the Lord in the service. It is always a joy to see and hear!

Please note that your bulletin announced that Rev. Roy Schwarcz will be with us, Sunday, February 28 (two Sundays away). He was here once before. Roy is the Midwest Regional Director for Chosen People Ministries. Plan on attending and bring a guest.

This coming Saturday will be a sledding party at the Swifts for the WOL kids. I hope that they have a great and safe time. The weekend of the 26th through 28th is the teen winter retreat. Bundle up warm!

YOU CAN KNOW THE WILL OF GOD: If you turn in your Bible to First Peter, 5: 9 you will see that it says that we are to resist Satan. We can do this! Victory can be ours. We are to resist his overtures not just when it is convenient or easy... but we are to resist in the tough areas also. We resist Satan by being filled by the Spirit and exercising the fruit of the Spirit. We fight in the spiritual realm with spiritual tools. This is the will of God.
