March 6, 2017...Training Material

Greetings on this Monday, March 6th. It is my hope and desire that you will gain much help in this edition of my blog...but you do have to study. Take your time...stretch it out over the week.
                                                                        
LEADERSHIP APOLOGETICS: Click this LINK for our 112th apologetics short video. I believe there is much to learn from these nationally recognized Christian teachers and philosophers. Today's lesson is "Proofs of the Resurrection of Jesus Christ.". 
                         
TRAINING THE TEACHER: My purpose here is to provide long-term biblical training for those who are in church work but may not feel adequately trained in the Bible and Christianity teaching in general. I want all of you to take this training (whether you teach or not) because it will better equip you to teach or live as a disciple of Christ. All of the material for this training is  coming to you by Biblical Training.org. I am linking you to their site for each of the lessons. You will be exposed to some of the finest Bible teachers in the country. You will receive Bible Institute level training. Our session here is one of 31 lessons (one each week). This is Lesson 20 of 31, "Romans 5-11" from the module: New Testament, Its Structure, Content and Theology with Dr. Bill Mounce as teacher. Click this LINK for the video lesson. Visit their website and see that there are different levels for your involvement. By registering with them (free), you can have access to outlines, transcripts, etc. If you choose to do more than one lesson each week...go for it! Study at your pace.

ADVANCED DISCIPLESHIP: Click this LINK for a multi-lesson series entitled: Nehemiah---Becoming A Godly Leader.  This lesson is: "Characteristics of Godly Leaders ". The host for this series is Dr. Gregory Brown. I believe that you will profit greatly from this study from Nehemiah. GRADUATE LEVEL THEOLOGY STUDIES: This is Session 2 of 10 under Ecclesiology (Doctrine of the Church). Click on this LINK . This lesson is "The Church and Israel...Pt.1." These are video lessons (they also have an audio version available on the same page). In March 2016, we started the Graduate Program over from the beginning again. These lessons are at an advanced, graduate level of study. If you missed any lessons previously, get them the next time around. You must put your thinking cap on for these studies.
