November 21, 2016...Training Material

Greetings on this November 21st, Monday morning. I hope that you had a great week. I want to thank everyone who assisted in making Sunday a good day. We had a great day of fellowship and sharing the Word of God. Thank you Jr. Choir and Main Choir,  for the special music in song...I appreciate both groups. Special thanks goes out to everyone involved in the Harvest Dinner...it was great. Thanks to everyone who participated in the Operation Christmas Child gift boxes. As of the morning worship service we had 167 boxes. THIS IS TREMENDOUS!

TRAINING THE TEACHER: My purpose here is to provide long-term biblical training for those who are in church work but may not feel adequately trained in the Bible and Christianity teaching in general. I want all of you to take this training (whether you teach or not) because it will better equip you to teach or live as a disciple of Christ. All of the material for this training is  coming to you by Biblical Training.org. I am linking you to their site for each of the lessons. You will be exposed to some of the finest Bible teachers in the country. You will receive Bible Institute level training. Our session here is one of 31 lessons (one each week). This is Lesson 5 of 31 (I am skipping the Intro), "Mark 1-5." from the module: New Testament, Its Structure, Content and Theology with Dr. Bill Mounce as teacher. By registering with them (free), you can have access to outlines, transcripts, etc. If you choose to do more than one lesson each week...go for it! GRADUATE STUDIES: This is Session 7 of 10 under Humanity and Sin. Click on this LINK . This lesson is "What Happened at the Fall...pt. 2?" These are video lessons (they also have an audio version available on the same page). In March 2016, we started the Graduate Program over from the beginning again. These lessons are at an advanced, graduate level of study. If you missed any lessons previously, get them the next time around. You must put your thinking cap on for these studies. They are sometimes difficult, yet profitable. See the box for your choice of media...audio, video, download.
