Greetings on this dismal December, Monday morning...I hope it improves.
PERSONAL NOTE:
I want to thank everyone who assisted in preparation for the Sunday worship service. Thanks to the Light Family
for filling in at the last minute of the Advent Candle Season candle number 3. Special thanks also to all who were involved in the Christmas program...I won't name names for fear I would leave someone out. I thoroughly enjoyed it! GREAT JOB WELL DONE! Thank you Sue Warner for the special music Sunday morning. Thank you Dee, for helping with the congregational singing...it was much appreciated.
SPECIAL NOTE: Sunday, December 21st we will have a 4 pm. special Christmas concert here at FBC with The Joyful Sounds Quartet. Plan on coming and invite a guest. The concert will be Christmas music. Make it a point to support your Church. We will take up a love offering for the group.

LEADERSHIP QUOTE:
"Animals are reliable, many full of love, true in their affections, predictable in their actions, grateful and loyal. Difficult standards for people to live up to."
A. Montapert. Here is a humorous bonus by that great baseball player and philosopher, Yogi Berra, to lighten your day: "Half the lies they tell about me aren't true."
My desire for you this week is that you take up a task for Jesus.
In His Majesty's service, Pastor Darrell.
