Greetings on this late, Monday entry. It is my hope and desire that you will gain much help in this edition of my blog...but you do have to study. TRAINING THE TEACHER: My purpose here is to provide long-term biblical training for those who are in church work but may not feel adequately trained in the Bible and Christianity teaching in general. All of the material for this training is  coming to you by Biblical Training.org. I am linking you to their site for each of the lessons. You will be exposed to some of the finest Bible teachers in the country. You will receive Bible Institute level training. Our session here is one of 40 lessons (one each week). R C Sproul addresses the question of why we don't study the Word of God - "Here then, is the real problem of our negligence. We fail in our duty to study God's Word not so much because it is difficult to understand, not so much because it is dull and boring, but because it is work. Our problem is not a lack of intelligence or a lack of passion. Our problem is that we are lazy."

My desire for you this week is that you and I study God's Word.
