PERSONAL NOTE: I want to thank everyone who was involved in our last Sunday worship service. I also want to thank Jan Foltz (my wife) for bringing a beautiful message in song. Thank you Savior Singers for your special music... we enjoyed it.
Our summer outreach begins with The Gospelmen singing on Sunday, June 3 at 4pm. here at First Baptist Church. Plan now to attend and bring someone with you. They will enjoy it and you will be reaching out. We should have a wonderful time.

Greetings on this very pleasant Monday morning in Grand Blanc
PERSONAL: I want to thank everyone who had any part in the Sunday worship service. Your assistance is always appreciated. Please continue to remember our choir director, Dee Wilson in your prayers. I believe that you are aware that her husband, Jim, passed away on Saturday at home. The funeral will be on Thursday at Swartz.
NOTE: Our first concert in the Summer Concert Series will be on June 3, 2012 at 4 pm. here at First Baptist Church. Make it a point to be there and bring a friend or two. We will have the Gospelmen with us. I know that they will do a great job. I am looking forward to it.

PERSONAL: I want to thank everyone who was a part of the Mother's Day worship service. Thanks to the kids for singing, thank you Dee for your special music, and thank you Sallie for your work on the gift for our mothers. It was a great Sunday morning!
Start praying now for our June V.B.S. program... June 18-22, 2012. It is called, SKY.
June 3, 2012 is our first of four summer concerts. We will start off the summer with the Gospelmen. The concert is at 4 pm. This is designed for our people to invite friends out for a visit and a concert. Use it as a tool.

PERSONAL: First, congratulations to our latest members. They are Ryan, Zion, Tyler and Elise. The right hand of fellowship was extended to them yesterday just before communion. Welcome!
Congratulations goes out to the newlyweds, Bridget and Donny Mass. They were married on 5/3/12.
It is good to be back from vacation. Mrs. Foltz and I had a great time... and a special highlight for me was I found The Dinosaur Store in Cocoa Beach (www.dinosaurstore.com) ! I had my dinosaur cup filled up while we were there.
